The U.S. Treasury announced sanctions against Xinbi Guarantee, a Chinese-language marketplace used by cyber scam operations targeting Americans. OFAC also designated related companies that provide messaging and payment applications.

Treasury describes Xinbi as a marketplace and escrow provider connecting scam operators with merchants, financial services, and money-laundering networks. It says the platform has processed more than $24 billion in digital assets and fiat currency since around 2022. SafeW Technology and Anwen Technology were also designated for supporting its operations.
The original post reported roughly 40 million USDT frozen in one day and Telegram channels, collectible usernames, and administrator accounts becoming unavailable. Those observations should not be read as proof that every associated account was frozen or that the whole organization was dismantled. The official action verified here is the sanctions designation.
