I finished the original Chinese release in about two days and wrote down these routes for achievement hunters. The English Steam title is Revenge on Gold Diggers. This guide contains major spoilers. Checkpoint and achievement names below are descriptive translations of my notes, so they may differ from the official English localization or a later version.
An arrow means the next choice. A slash separates alternatives I found acceptable; “any” means my notes did not require a particular choice there. The ❀ marker identifies a rose-related step. Keep earlier saves because affection and previous decisions can change which branches are available.
Chapter 1
Build the relevant attachment score by helping Chen Xinxin with the rankings and challenging the top supporter. The chapter is forgiving and does not require an extremely high score.
- From “Ready to Go”: reach first place → stop helping her. Achievement: “When the Electronic Rose Withers.”
- From “Ready to Go”: do your best → give up → block her. Achievement: “Sheathe the Blade.”
- From “A New Awkward Moment”: admit you have no money. Achievement: “The Last Tenderness.”
- From the same checkpoint: hand her the bill, after choosing the food stall earlier. Achievement: “Keep Your Word.”
- From “Her Request for Help”: keep refusing. Achievement: “Cutting Off Affection.”
- From “In Danger”: keep refusing. Achievement: “Master of Clarity.”
Chapter 2
Charm → focus on the book → ignore the provocation → any → reluctantly agree → if previously acquainted, choose the devoted-follower option and comfort her; otherwise protect her and promise → girlfriend → ignore her first → ask about the girlfriend → hospital / act like a cat → not interested → on time / half an hour late → leave without asking → keep the promise → do not answer → any → push away → any remaining choices.
Chapter 3
Any → fair exchange / refuse → keep wiping → interrupt her → the old dish → the old wine → fair exchange → refuse the flowers → find other girls → let her initiate → the new friend who owes something → give it to mother → no regrets → any.
- On the love route: technique → fair exchange → question → joke → ask. Achievement: “Caught a Second Time.”
- Reload “Xinxin’s Conflict”: sincere → agree directly → question → joke → ask. Achievement: “Missed in the End.”
- Reload “Her Test”: do not question → the two of you’s future → do not ask. Continue to clear the chapter.
Chapter 4
Refuse, then any → explain → accept / new conditions → deceased wife ❀ → decline politely → money plus confidence, with Yueying finally appearing → Chen Xinxin → important to me → wound → love her → on time → exchange stories / similar people → no need / ask Shiqi → not easy / expose it → verbal reminder → stop and ask → knowledge → knowledge → Suddenly This Summer → yes → no hatred for you → enter her home ❀ → abandon the plan. Achievement: “A New Beginning.”
Reload “Her Confession”: start the plan → complete the punishment. Continue to clear Chapter 4.
Chapter 5
Reunite with Chen Xinxin ❀ → do not kneel → kneel without begging → refuse → refuse → any choice deducts points → refuse → oppose → break through yourself → keep it for now → girlfriend → work → take the chance to ask → refuse / pull → let Yueying step away → future bride → Yueying → seaside girl → ask → comfort her and ask about the rainy night → hold tightly → do not hate her, embrace ❀ → agree to be her lover. Achievement: “Against Your Will.”
- Reload “Power and Intimacy Deal”: “You are my wife.” Achievement: “Joy After Hardship.”
- Reload that checkpoint: refuse to be a lover → severe punishment. Continue to clear Chapter 5.
Chapter 6
- Be on time → for Chen Xinxin ❀ → cooperate. Achievement: “Her Company.”
- Reload “Deadly Cooperation”: refuse → different paths. Achievement: “Her Protection.”
From “Refuse to Cooperate”: unfamiliar → any → partly agree → defend the crowd → any → anger at the organizer → worthy of love → consider it → speak up for men → any → any → answer honestly → refuse the livestream → any → think of parents → any → not this table → any → any → ask her age / another gift → does not matter → any → run → protect her → stay. Achievement: “Walk Into the Trap.”
Reload “Choose to Leave” and leave to clear the chapter.
Chapter 7 and alternate endings
- Do not wait / actively look for her. Achievement: “Failure at the Last Step.”
- Investigate while waiting → sign directly / incorrect date → suited to becoming a phoenix → you are more ambitious → pretend to agree → any → hint that she should stop / let it happen → any → apologize for the card game. Achievement: “Escape From Desperation.”
- Reload “Attempt to Propose”: propose → you changed me → prove it through actions → abandon the operation. Achievement: “Confusion.”
- Reload “The Card Game Gets Out of Control”: hint to stop / let it happen. Return to “Present the Evidence” to unlock “Close the Net and Turn the Tables.” Let her go. Achievement: “A United Front.”
- At “Close the Net and Turn the Tables”: do not let her go → loved her → reunite with Mengna. Achievement: “Through the Fog.”
- Load an earlier branch and lower Mengna’s affection slightly, then return to “Evidence Collected”: continue → mutual destruction. Achievement: “Mutual Destruction.”
- At “The Card Game Gets Out of Control,” persuade her to stop, then return to “Dark Inheritance.” Achievement: “Reunion After a Long Separation.”
- After fully defeating Mengna, choose that you never truly loved her. Achievement: “A World Without Gold Diggers.”
Other reunion choices in my notes: Tang Xiaotian → “Leave Darkness for Light”; Song Shiqi → “Disconnect Together”; He Yueying → “Start Again”; find Chen Xinxin → “A Complete Ending.”
Chen Xinxin’s true-love route
Collect every rose. Return to Chapter 4’s “Coffee Invitation” and embrace her before leaving. At Chapter 5’s “Do You Hate Her?”, reject her. Return to Chapter 7’s “The Pain of True Love.” Achievement: “True Love Above All.”
Additional achievements
My original build awarded achievements for viewing the mutual-aid message board once, reading 38 distinct relationship files, and reaching any ending in Master Mode. The original notes said the message board had been removed at that time; availability in another build may differ. Use the current achievement list to check any changed requirements rather than assuming this historical route covers every later addition.
