Telegram may hide age-restricted channels in some apps. Where your account and region allow it, sensitive-content preferences can be adjusted from an official web client. This guide concerns legal adult content and does not remove Telegram’s moderation rules.
Open Telegram Web and sign in using your own account. In Settings, look under Privacy and Security for a sensitive-content or Show 18+ content control. Names and locations differ between client versions.
If the option is available and you choose to change it, save the setting and reopen Telegram on your iPhone. The original post also described a mobile toggle for hiding content again.
The option may be absent because of age checks, regional rules, or the app version. Changing it does not guarantee access to every restricted channel. Do not use third-party bots that ask for your login code to change account settings.
