Not long ago, Telegram updated a feature that now allows channel owners to make more restrictions on poll voting. This includes allowing votes only from selected countries (up to 12 countries/regions can be selected) and restricting only subscribers who have joined the channel for more than 24 hours to increase voting fairness and regionality.

The voting system has indeed been updated with many new features this year. You can now set the time to stop voting. You can also see who voted in the group and at what time. The person who voted can also withdraw the vote, but these functions were not available before
